Job Description
- Manage and control project and department documentation, including design documents, correspondence, transmittals, and records.
- Create and manage project-specific email distribution systems as per project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) and ensure accurate tracking of project deliverables.
- Maintain updated records related to project financial status and documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of project document templates and latest formatting standards in line with contract requirements.
- Support project close‑out activities by preparing, organizing, and archiving final/as-built documents for future reference.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth data transmission, process alignment, and efficient document management.
