Junior HR Operations Specialist

At McCann , we are looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist to join our Talent team.

This role is part of our HR Operations shared services function, supporting multiple agencies across the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that employee lifecycle processes and HR administration activities are delivered accurately and on time, maintaining high-quality data and providing support to employees, managers, payroll teams, and international stakeholders. Workday will be the primary tool used in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle, including hires, contract changes, terminations, and payroll-related updates.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, employee communications, payroll notifications, exit processes, and coordination with internal teams.
