Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Support payroll and benefits administration
Requirements
- 1-2 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law basics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English required; Russian is a plus
