  • You analyze and document business requirements to design and customize Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of different business units.
  • You create clear specifications and support internal Salesforce projects, including system integrations and smooth data migrations.
  • You configure Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, Lightning components, and flows to implement effective solutions.
