- Ensure that stakeholders receive the required support for successful project outcomes.
- Resolve escalated client concerns independently and effectively.

- Develop project goals by reviewing proposals and plans and collaborating with management.
- Identify project responsibilities across different phases; assign personnel and review third‑party contractor proposals.
- Define technical specifications by reviewing design, customer requirements, and performance standards; complete technical studies and prepare cost estimates.
