Minimum requirements:
- 0–2 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking fundamentals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple support requests
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support (remote & on-site)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Support VoIP systems and network connectivity
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests
- Log and track incidents via helpdesk systems
