Job description We are currently seeking a Junior Land Development Manager to assist with managing our development projects in the Western Cape. You will be working under the supervision and guidance of Senior Management and will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the entire development cycle for service excellence and long-term sustainability. • Investigate and analyse development opportunities and finding solutions.
• Prepare project feasibilities and budgets.
• Prepare accurate and professional reports.
