Junior Pipeline Technical Director

Description

Junior Pipeline TD will be reporting to the Pipeline Supervisor and will be involved in the creation and ongoing support of a large high-end animation pipeline and asset/project management system as well as Maya, Houdini and Nuke tools and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with production teams, artists, and supervisors to gather information
• Diagnose technical issues and address them directly or extend them to pipeline team
• Develop new and support existing tools, for all stages in production
• Create, package and release tools using proprietary technology
• Work as triage, acting as a point person for production-related queries to pipeline department also diagnose technical issues and address them directly or extend them to pipeline team
• Debug problematic scenes in Maya, Houdini, Nuke
• Validate artist issues and express them in a reproducible way.
