About Us CarboNet is currently seeking a Junior Process Engineer – Operations & Scale-Up at our Delta, BC facility. CarboNet specializes in clean chemistry for industrial water treatment, with a focus on innovating new polymers and chemical processes. Our engineering team is responsible for scaling up laboratory processes into full‑scale production systems. We’re looking for a hands‑on, energetic individual to help us bridge the gap between engineering design and daily production. The successful candidate will be ready to learn, have a can‑do attitude, strong work ethic and be keen to grow with our business. In this role, you will be the primary link between our engineering designs and the production floor.
