Responsibilities- L1 & L2 application technical and functional support in production treasury application support environment
- Monitoring and issue resolution of online trade booking applications
- Resolving technical services related issues, environment management and EOD batch support in morning/night/weekend shifts- 24/7
- Production support of Java/microservices application
- Around 1+ years of experience in production application support environment
- Ability to read Unix logs for debugging and troubleshooting
- SQL experience is needed to fetch data
- Experience in providing L1 & L2 application technical and functional support
