• Own end-to-end program management for EU Spanish Payment initiatives cross-country ensuring milestones are tracked, risks are escalated, and deliverables are met on time;
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Retail, Tech, and Customer Service teams to unblock regulatory, contractual, and operational dependencies;
• Manage external partner engagement activities, including outreach to financial institutions, payment networks, and third-party service providers ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and business models;
