The Duties:

Manage your own portfolio of properties - all in the EAST

Check and approve tenancy applications

Answer inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email & web

Assist with repairs and maintenance management

Assist with arrears management

Prepare Advertising for rental properties 

General administration and database management
