A leading packaging manufacturing company is seeking a Junior Setter to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and adjusting blow moulding, injection moulding, and related packaging machinery
- Support product changeovers to ensure minimal downtime
- Monitor machines during production and report malfunctions or quality issues
- Conduct routine quality checks on finished packaging products
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks on machines
- Assist senior setters or technicians with troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas in line with food safety and ISO standards
- Complete shift logs and production records accurately and on time
- Adhere to health, safety, and operational procedures at all times
- Work shifts and weekends as required, maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
