Salary: Circa £50,000 to £55,000 package
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join a busy, high-quality pub and restaurant in Maida Vale.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie or existing Junior Sous Chef who wants to take the next step in a serious food-led kitchen.

The venue is a stunning four-storey pub, with a different guest experience across each floor. The food is built around British produce, strong suppliers, seasonal ingredients and proper cooking.

You will need to be confident in a fast-paced kitchen, able to lead from the front, and comfortable supporting a team through busy service.
