Opportunity Description
- Partner with store and head office managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Source and approach candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, ...)
- Conduct first interviews and assess candidates' skills, motivation and cultural fit
- Manage the recruitment process from A to Z
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (career events, social media, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with retail market trends and hiring practices
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Business or similar)
- Strong interest in retail and people-focused roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, results-driven and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
