The Payload (Pay & Perks)

• Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 basic (Depending on your experience).
• Bonus: Earn up to £6,000 in performance bonuses.
• Total Earnings: Realistic OTE of £41,000.
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Fair Saturday morning rota).
