JYU Visiting Fellow Programme 2027

The University of Jyväskylä (JYU) invites applications for the Visiting Fellow Programme 2027. The programme supports researchers with a doctoral degree, who are from outside Finland, to visit JYU for one month (30 calendar days) or two months in 2027. The visiting period may start earliest in January 2027 and should end latest on 31 December 2027.

What the Programme Offers

• Grant of €4 000 per month, paid directly into the Visiting Fellow’s personal bank account.
• Coverage of travel and accommodation costs as part of the grant; applicants are responsible for arranging travel and housing.
• Opportunity to present research at a seminar for Visiting Fellows during the year.
