Opportunity Description

Join our team as a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Persán, a leader in home care and personal care products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation and execution of annual commercial plans with assigned Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with Persán’s Commercial Policy.
  • Take full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio, maximizing profitability and efficiently managing trade spending, promotions and commercial tariffs.
  • Design, implement and monitor promotional calendars and trade marketing activities, aiming to optimize sales volume, market share and efficiency.
  • Actively identify and prospect potential new partners.
  • Maintain continuous market and competitor analysis, tracking category trends and customer strategies to adapt negotiations and commercial plans accordingly.

Academic Background

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering or similar.
    Full-time Ventas
