What we look for? 10–15 years of proven work experience in Key Account Management. 3–5 years of team management experience, with a proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 direct reports. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level. Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
