Job Summary
We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to hunt new enterprise mid‑market clients in Malaysia, selling our enterprise products including mobile line, DIA, and solutions around 5G mobility capabilities. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Day‑to‑Day Activities
- Hunting new clients and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with them.
- Understanding client needs and tailoring telecom solutions to meet business objectives.
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profitability.
