About the Job
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide tailored telecom solutions (e.g., network services, fiber, wireless, enterprise solutions)
- Monitor account performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, billing, and support) to ensure timely project execution
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
- Prepare account plans, forecasts, and regular business reviews
- Handle client concerns, escalations, and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contract terms
- Track market trends and competitor activities within the telecom industry
