Position Summary :

A Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the organization's most important clients, known as key accounts. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, sales expertise, relationship management, and coordination with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of products or services.  In addition to Account Management, you will seek out and build new business and accounts for the company.  Your day-to-day duties start with managing and servicing the needs of current customers and projects, moving onto developing new customers and projects alongside our Business Development Manager.
