Job Descriptions

  • Identifies and creates rooms to engage with Agent and merchants.
  • Identifying enterprises payments pain points and provides tailored fit solutions.
  • Assist agents and merchants end-to-end process, starting from onboarding, integration and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain and grow clients network.
  • Help existing accounts increment their transactions through continuous support by means but not limited to marketing and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new payment methods.
  • With existing portfolio is a plus. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Banking, Accounting.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of payments products & services.
