- Build and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and guiding them through the buying lifecycle.
- Use state‑of‑the‑art tools and methodologies to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships by leveraging strategic thinking, advanced planning and coordination with global offices to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Meet revenue and margin targets while minimizing churn and maximizing retention.
- Develop and implement account strategies using the latest technology sales methods and trends.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to realize business opportunities, contribute to revenue growth, and support clients throughout the buying lifecycle.
- Use Salesforce.com to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts, analyze client situations, plan strategically and drive sales engagement to meet quota targets.
