About us The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.

A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Cleaning and sterilising countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment ● Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators ● Receiving and organising deliveries to the kitchen ● Supporting the chefs and other kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing ● Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes What We need from you: ● Passion for delivering great service ● Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, or Prep Chef ● Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines ● Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel ...
