About the role
As a Knowledge Base Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our knowledge base is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You will be responsible for creating, organising, and maintaining content that supports our employees and customers. Additionally, you will manage the upload, arrangement, and organisation of content from completed tenders and bids into the Easy PQQ Knowledge Base Portal, ensuring that all information is well-structured and easily retrievable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, organise, and maintain the company's knowledge base, ensuring all content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
- Retrieve information according to the Bid Teams requirements
- Implement and maintain a taxonomy and categorisation system to ensure easy navigation and retrieval of information
