Knowledge Management & Communications Lead for IT Servicing

Discovery Limited in Heidelberg is seeking a Knowledge Management and Communication Practitioner to define and oversee the Knowledge Management strategy for IT Servicing. You will manage all communication for 529Help and ensure accurate documentation for the IT Service Centre.
