Responsibilities

• Assist patients in navigating the YAKAP-KONSULTA program
• Provide accurate information and help patients understand their medical needs and entitlements
• Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff
• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up care coordination
• Ensure a warm, respectful, and patient-centered service at all times

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• With medical background or relevant healthcare experience
• Knowledgeable about medical terms and processes
• With pleasing personality and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills – must be able to interact effectively and compassionately with patients
• Must be organized, reliable, and a team player
• Experience in primary care or public health programs is a plus!
