KPI Insights Lead — MIS & Analytics Manager

CTBC Bank (Philippines) Corp. is looking for a dedicated Finance Officer responsible for generating and preparing MIS reports for the Retail Banking Group. This role includes conducting variance analysis, preparing financial projections, and validating reports for incentives and commission calculations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel to track and improve Key Performance Indicators throughout the organization.
