Role Overview

We are hiring a Level 2 Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team, serving as a key technical escalation point. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with Level 1 Support to resolve escalated incidents and problems, tackle complex network and firewall issues, and support infrastructure changes and technology refresh initiatives.
