L2/L3 Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L2/L3 production support for data platforms and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently
- Monitor systems, identify root causes, and ensure quick resolution
- Support deployment activities and maintain system stability
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams

Azure Services:

- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Storage Accounts
- Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)

Technical Skills:

- Strong SQL skills (including performance tuning)
- Experience in deployment processes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Python scripting

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
