Opportunity Description
Role Summary
A highly experienced L3 Site Reliability Engineer / Support Engineer responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of critical systems in a 24x7 managed services environment. This role blends Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles with traditional Level 3 support duties, focusing on proactive reliability engineering (SLI/SLO management, automation, and performance optimization) alongside advanced incident/problem resolution in a global, multi-cloud enterprise setting. The L3 SRE works closely with cross-functional teams to improve system resilience and support complex, high-availability infrastructure while adhering to ITIL-based processes and Atos GDC Philippines delivery standards.
