Laboratory Quality Assurance Engineer

What You Will Do

• Maintain oversight of the testing laboratory document control system (quality management system) to ensure sustained compliance and scalability.
• Ensure laboratories operate impartially, competently, consistently, and in alignment with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, including non‑accredited locations.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of testing procedures and results.
• Maintain and oversee the corrective action process, including root cause analysis, effectiveness verification, and trend monitoring.
• Provide subject matter guidance on corrective actions to prevent recurrence and strengthen systemic performance.
• Review impartiality and conflict‑of‑interest risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are implemented.
• Approve post-project partner feedback survey revisions to support continuous improvement.
