Labourer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Coleraine An opportunity has arisen to join Northern Ireland Housing Executive in Coleraine as a Labourer. In this role, you will support maintenance and operational teams, assisting with a range of manual tasks to help ensure work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. About the role: 

£13.05 - £13.47 per hour

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm & Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm

Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week

Holidays: 35 days pro rata

Duration: Temporary, ongoing 

What you'll be doing in this role:

To undertake the full range of general labouring duties and response maintenance and building work on the full range of Housing Executive properties.

Domestic waste removal from buildings / roof-spaces / external areas etc.

Minor painting duties as required.
