Answer and process emergency calls while dispatching and monitoring multiple fire and security radio channels in a high-volume environment Provide approved Pre-Arrival Instructions in accordance with established procedures Initiate required notifications and coordinate emergency response efforts Accurately document incidents using Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, high-stress environment Support training initiatives and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Deliver professional, calm, and empathetic customer service during crisis situations Make critical, real-time decisions with a high degree of accuracy Maintain consistent and reliable attendance Required Qualifications:
