Land Rights Manager, Development Management

We are hiring a Land Rights Manager to join CIP Terra Technologies in Metro Manila, Philippines. The role focuses on end‑to‑end land acquisition, procurement of authority to use, possess, and develop lands for renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage private land acquisition, including property and landowner identification, due diligence, contract negotiation, and compliance documentation.
• Handle private land acquisition regulatory requirements, title transfer, annotation of lease agreements, and clearance of encumbrances.
• Act as interface with BARC, BIR RDO, LRA, Assessor's Office, LGU, and other agencies involved in private land acquisition.
• Manage government engagement for necessary clearances and permits for public and private lands (ECC, CNO, FPIC, SLUP, FLAG, SAPA, DENR, NCIP, etc.).
• Coordinate with DOE, ERC, BOI, NCIP, NGCP, DENR, DAR, DA, DSHUD, DOJ, RD, LRA, PCA, PSA, BIR, LBP, LGUs, and other agencies in...
