Land Surveyor / Site Survey Engineer

The Land Surveyor is responsible for all surveying and geospatial control activities on construction sites. This role ensures accurate setting-out, alignment, leveling, and verification of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.

The position plays a critical role in maintaining project control points, ensuring compliance with approved IFC drawings, supporting installation accuracy, and preparing complete as-built documentation for final project handover and authority approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Surveying & Site Layout

• Establish, maintain, and verify horizontal and vertical control points
• Perform setting-out for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and external works
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved IFC drawings and tolerances
• Carry out daily surveying for excavation, foundations, concrete works, steel structures, finishing works, and installations
