Laptop Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the City of Cape Town. The Laptop Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for laptops and related peripherals, offering laptop repairs as needed, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role also involves effective communication with clients and team members to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
