Role & Responsibilities – Laser Operator

  • Develop new CNC and/or Laser programs based on engineering drawings and models
  • Troubleshoot programs and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering to resolve process or fixture issues.
  • Edit and adapt existing programs for different machines.
  • Maintain a database for new and existing programs
  • Work closely with the shop floor to adjust and optimize programs.
  • Navigate and utilize an MRP system effectively.
