Last Mile Hub Operations Lead

Shopee is seeking an Operations Manager in the Philippines to lead and establish operational processes during the hub's start-up phase. You will oversee on-time shipment delivery and manage staff including part-time drivers and riders.

In this role, you will coordinate with customer service, handle cash-on-delivery, control inventory, and ensure the hub meets 5S standards. This is a critical position to ensure smooth operations across the hub and related services.
