Law Clerk II :: Washington, DC (Onsite)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform complex legal research and prepare draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and memoranda of law.


• Review documents for relevance and privilege.


• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation.


• Act independently or as a team leader on larger projects.


• Serve as the primary interface with trial attorneys, experts, and other client staff.

Required Skills:

• Minimum two years of progressively responsible experience in litigation support or related projects.
