Lawyer

• Prepare contract drafts in English and Arabic within requested commercial scope.

• Specific experience in drafting international sales-related contracts such as sale & purchase agreements, distributorship agreements, joint venture, and other commercial cooperation agreements, trademark licensing agreements.

• Conduct research and provide proper legal advice related to the business activities of the Company.

• Understand and interpret relevant legislation applicable to the business activities of the Company, including comparative law.

• Collaborate closely with the Legal Department to:

• Ensure that various business activities performed by different Departments are (legally) compliant;
• Identify internal and external legal risks that may impact the business.
