• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
• Manage legal risks and recommend preventive legal strategies
• Handle corporate legal requirements such as SEC filings, board resolutions, and corporate governance matters
• Coordinate with government agencies (SEC, DOLE, BI, LGUs, etc.).
• Maintain organized and confidential legal files and records
• Maintain litigation calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance on intellectual property, compliance, and regulatory risks.
