Responsibilities
- Monitor export consolidation planning for overseas offices or agent.
- Perform system mapping & verify documents once confirmed and prepare pre‑alert for manifest.
- Work closely with warehouse/vendor for trucking and stuffing.
- Arrange for payment based on carrier billing and declaration of clearance permit.
- Declaration of DG Application and Final PM4, good acknowledgement on MSDS.
- Update import origin offices the transshipment cargo connecting vessel details once there are any changes.
- Place booking with co‑loader.
- Submit necessary documentation and pre‑alert destination offices to the co‑loader once ready.
- Perform Profit & Loss analysis for export containers and send out / take in the billing from/to offices.
- Close file within the timeframe given in SOP.
- Ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
