About the role

The BI Consultant for L&D supports delivery of the EMEA My Way programme by managing programme operations, digital platforms (My Way app/SpotMe, SharePoint) and reporting. Ensures a smooth participant experience, coordinates workshops end-to-end, and improves processes through automation and new technology adoption in collaboration with the Operations Lead, Programme Manager and stakeholders.
