Opportunity Description
The L&D Systems and Technology Officer is responsible for elevating the skills and preparedness of the teams assigned to them by delivering focused and well‑designed learning solutions. A significant part of the job involves managing digital learning tools and technologies—ensuring the smooth operation of learning platforms, supporting technology-enabled training programs, and offering technical support to participants and facilitators to maintain a seamless learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Assess capability gaps and identify training needs based on organizational strategies and unit‑level requirements.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analyses and coordinate findings with Regional L&D counterparts.
- Develop annual training plans, schedules, and budget proposals for endorsement and approval.
