Lead AI/ML Engineer & Tech Lead

Responsibilities
- Define the AI/ML technical strategy and architecture for all products
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, code reviews, and retrospectives
- Design and implement NLP, computer vision, and predictive ML models
- Integrate AI services (OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI) into applications
- Mentor team members and conduct regular 1‑on‑1 performance check‑ins
- Collaborate with CEO/CTO on product roadmap and technology decisions
- Ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation standards across the team
- Evaluate, adopt, and champion emerging AI‑assisted development tools across the team
- Drive AI‑augmented development practices: use AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery, reduce boilerplate, and improve code quality
