Led Architect Or Lead Interior Designer Key Responsibilities Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverables Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integration Identify design discrepancies, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holders Review Shop Drawings Respond to RFI Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks Support project teams in maintaining design consistency and construction accuracy Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch. – 5-year program) 8 - 20 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site execution Excellent Aesthetic sense High level of understanding of Various Design disciplines and their interdependences Decision maker with Strong communication skills Positive attitude, Self Motivated and team-oriented mindset Strong alignment with a detail-driven wo...
