Job Description

In this current open role you will:

• Oversee and manage the organization’s cloud infrastructure (potentially across multiple public cloud platforms) to ensure high availability, optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for cloud services and monitor resource utilization to meet service level objectives while controlling costs.
• Ensure reliable 24/7 operations of critical cloud-based systems and services, leading the incident management process for cloud operations by coordinating rapid response to service disruptions, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Also maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud platforms to minimize downtime and data loss.
