Lead the annual salary review, salary market adjustments, and promotion-related pay processes. Guide compensation offers for new hires, promotions, and special adjustments, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Benefits Administration
Oversee the design, review, and administration of employee benefits, including medical & insurance coverage, allowances, and other perks.
